1.  General description
 NTS Movable and Telescopic Pharma Lifter is  mainly used in pharmaceutical industry, it can work together with tablet  machine, coater, capsule filling machine and packaging machine for material  transferring and feeding. This equipment can reduce cross contamination and  dust flying effectively, and reduce labor intensity. It is a ideal equipment  for material transferring in pharmaceutical factory and also widely used in  chemical and food industry.

2.  Work principle
 This equipment consists of chassis trolley,  telescopic system, lifting system and inverting system. When working, first  lock cone hopper and material drum, then press listing button to lift hopper,  and press invert button to invert the material drum 180°. Move chassis trolley to dock with  feeding machine, then open butterfly valve to discharge material to the next  process.

3.  Features of the equipment
 1. No dead corner or concave-convex surface  in material drum, it is smooth and easy to clean.
 2. There is sealing device for material  drum, and lock is reliable. There is no dust flying or leakage when working,  cross contamination is controlled effectively.
 3. It completely meets the requirements of  GMP for drugs production.
 4. User can choose automatic discharge  valve.
 5. Discharge valve can avoid misoperation,  sealing is reliable, easy to dismantle and clean.
 6. The PU wheels are easy to move and  operate
 7. The telescopic post is convenient to  pass in and out workshop. And it can achieve the feeding at the height of 1.8-2.5m.
