1.  General description
 ZS Vacuum Feeder uses compressed air to  produce high vacuum condition through vacuum generator to transfer materials.  It does not need mechanical vacuum pump, and it has advantages of simple  structure, small bulk, low noise, convenient to control, can eliminate static  of material and meet GMP requirements.

2.  Work principle
 When compressed air is provided to vacuum  generator, vacuum generator will produce negative pressure and vacuum flow  appears. Material is sucked to suction mouth, and becomes material flow. And  material will be transferred to the hopper of vacuum feeder through suction  tube. Then filter separate material and air. When material in the hopper is  full, controller will switch off the compressed air source, vacuum generator  stops, the door of hopper open, and material is discharged to the hopper of  equipment such as granulator and blender. At the same time, compressed air will  clean the filter automatically through pulse backflow valve. When reaching the  time or material position sensor sends signal, the vacuum feeder will restart.
